Katherine McCracken is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator at Array since August 2013, Katherine has held multiple roles including Accounts Receivable Coordinator and Coordinator, Client Services, where responsibilities included managing client inquiries, processing subscriptions, and handling conference registrations. Prior experience includes roles at Compliance Week, where Katherine provided customer support and maintained complex procedures for continuing education credits, and at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt School Publishers as Senior Project Coordinator, overseeing workflow processes among multiple departments. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Writing, Literature, & Publishing from Emerson College and a Bachelor’s degree in English from St. Andrews Presbyterian College.
