Chuck Levitan began their work experience in 1989 as a Sales Representative for Johnson & Johnson - Ortho Pharmaceutical. Chuck then worked as a Sales Representative for SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories from 1993 to 1994. From 1992 to 1995, Chuck worked as a Sales Representative for B Braun. In 1995, they became Assistant to the President at Scanex. In 1998, Chuck started their own web and graphic design company called Ntegrate Design, which they owned and founded. Chuck ran this company until 2007 when they became the Director of the Conference Division at VisionTree Software. In 2013, Chuck became the Vice President of Duuzra, where they were responsible for sales, management, onsite operations, and support. Their most recent position was Director of Business Development at Array since 2015, where they focused on content engagement for life sciences events.

Chuck Levitan attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing and Advertising. Chuck later enrolled in The New School for Social Research from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Web Design and Development Program.
