Jorge Bacci has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Jorge began their career in 1986 as the Director of Projects at MAGMA Ingenieros and worked in that role until 1989. Jorge then joined Harza Engineering Company as an Assistant Scheduling and Planning Engineer from February 1991 to January 1992. After that, they worked as a Scheduling - Claims - Computer Engineer at Harza Engineering Co from February 1992 to September 1994. Jorge then joined SEDIC SA as a Project Coordinator from January 1995 to November 1999. At Harza Engineeringo Company, they worked as a Schedule and Planning Engineer from January 1999 to December 1999. Currently, they are serving as the VP Infrastructure and Public Works at Arquitectura y Concreto since May 2000.

Jorge Bacci obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad EAFIT from 1980 to 1986. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in 1990.
