Paul Howell has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in different companies. Paul is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Arquella UK since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Strategy Director at Arquella UK from September 2021 to September 2022. Paul also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Arquella UK from December 2019 to September 2021.

In addition, Paul Howell has worked at AME Group Ltd since 1999, where they have served as the Group Innovation Director since September 2021. Paul has also held the role of Director at AME Group Ltd since September 1999.

Furthermore, Paul Howell has been the Chair at The Curve since June 2022. Paul previously worked as the Director at Valenti Consulting from June 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Group Change at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) from August 1995 to August 1999.
