Richard Webster is an experienced programme and project manager with a strong background in IT management and delivery. Currently serving at Arqiva since January 2015, Richard holds multiple titles, including Programme Manager for Water and Smart Shared Platform Programme Manager, focusing on Smart Metering North's IT Business Support Systems to deliver energy communication hubs to 10 million homes. Prior to Arqiva, Richard managed the Finance and Property portfolio and oversaw the successful delivery of projects at Sainsbury's, where responsibilities included managing IT security projects and a reconciliation system upgrade. Richard's career also includes roles at London 2012 as Telecommunications Commercial Manager, and Sainsbury's as an IT Project Manager and EDI Project Manager.
