Sherif El-Helw has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Sherif started their career at Morgan Stanley, where they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst and later as an Investment Banking Associate. Sherif then moved on to Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate before joining Beltone Investment Banking as an Executive Director. After that, they co-founded Akanar Partners, where they served as Managing Director. Sherif later joined Arqaam Capital as the Head of Corporate Finance & M&A Advisory, and they currently hold a position as a Board Member at Arqaam Securities Brokerage Egypt and blnk.
Sherif El-Helw completed their education with a BA in Economics & Mathematics from Wesleyan University, from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Cairo American College from 1984 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 2003.
