Rosalind Rixon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR strategy, business partnering, and administrative services. Currently retired, Rosalind was involved in the merger of M2 Group and Vocus Communications, resulting in the formation of Vocus Group. Prior to retirement, Rosalind held the position of Employee Relations Manager at M2 Group Ltd since August 2014 and served as General Manager of Human Resources at Melbourne IT Limited since 2001. With expertise spanning organizational structure, change management, culture and engagement, recruitment, and compliance, Rosalind has played a vital role in HR management for various corporate functions. Rosalind's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Deakin University, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
