Andy Roane is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and workforce solutions industry with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Arpeoh since July 2021, Andy focuses on enhancing candidate experiences for startups and small to medium-sized businesses. Prior to Arpeoh, Andy was the Senior Vice President of RPO at Bayard and held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Yoh, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies and managing client relationships. Additionally, Andy has significant experience in operations and account management from roles at PeopleScout, itbRecruiting, Monster.com, and Careerbuilder.com. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Lake Forest College.
