Mostefa Benahcene is a specialized study officer at the Autorité Economique de Certification Electronique since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing electronic certification services, conducting awareness campaigns, analyzing provider needs, and overseeing service provider compliance. Concurrently, Mostefa works at ARPCE with similar specialized roles in electronic communication regulation. Previous experience includes a position as a computer engineer at the Ministère de la Poste et des Télécommunications and a technical commercial leader at SmartClass+ by Robotel. Mostefa holds a Master's degree in Distributed Systems from Université Mentouri de Constantine and has completed various certifications in network management, e-commerce strategy, data analysis, digital communication strategy, and business administration.
