Francis MANZAC is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the IT and innovation sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at EHSIA since March 2023, Francis also holds the position of DSI and Director of Innovation at ARPAVIE since October 2015. Previously, from January 2004 to September 2015, Francis was with Informatique CDC, initially as Head of Client Relations, managing contractual relationships and service catalogs, followed by roles as Head of Operations where responsibilities included ITIL processes, service delivery, and supervision of IT systems. Additionally, Francis has experience overseeing production centers, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in operational and client relationship management within the IT field.
