Arnaud VIDAL is currently serving as the Chargé d'études RSE & Immobilier responsable at ARP Astrance, focusing on sustainability transitions in the real estate sector, including environmental certifications, carbon assessment, and CSR strategy. Prior experience includes roles at the Observatoire de l'immobilier durable, where Arnaud worked on responsible finance and ESG indicators, and at BPCE Solutions immobilières as an expert in property valuation for diverse assets. Previous positions also encompass junior real estate expertise at CBRE, studies in business real estate at Société INTERFACES, and prospective research on revitalizing medium-sized towns with the Caisse des Dépôts. Arnaud holds a specialized master's degree in Construction and Sustainable Habitat from Arts et Métiers and additional qualifications from the University of Paris I and Sciences Po.
