Yaniv Kutai is an experienced finance and real estate professional with a strong background in portfolio management, strategic growth oversight, and business development. Currently serving as Regional Finance Director at Aroundtown since November 2021, Yaniv also holds the positions of Managing Director and Business Development Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Yaniv served as Chief Operating Officer at Leny Group from May 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading development projects and executing growth strategies. An entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding G10 and managing diverse real estate portfolios at Fouzailoff Group. Previous experience includes investment management services and a law internship focused on real estate law. Yaniv holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Reichman University and a Bachelor of Laws from The College of Management Academic Studies.
