Gintarė Poviliūnė is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various roles, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at AROS MARINE since September 2019. Responsibilities include advising and coaching leaders on HR topics, managing onboarding and performance reviews, and driving organizational development. Previously held the position of Head of HR for the Production Division, overseeing HR strategies for over 400 employees, including recruitment, employee training, and compliance with legal regulations. Early in the career, Gintarė was a Project Manager at UAB Stiliaus Kodas, managing HR processes and collaborating with partners. Gintarė also demonstrated leadership as President of Klaipėdos "Senamiesčio" Rotaract klubas, focusing on youth development and sustainability. Gintarė holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration from LCC International University and studied at Anglo-American University in Prague.
