Kent Johansson has over 28 years of experience at Aros electronics AB, having held multiple roles including Production Manager, Production- & Logistic Manager, Product Coordinator, Supervisor Test and Repair, and Test and Repair technician. Responsibilities included managing a team of approximately 70 employees, overseeing production planning, ensuring product quality, and handling personnel issues and union negotiations. Earlier career experiences include working as an Insurance Telemarketing Salesman at Volvia and as a Cafeteria Assistant/Waiter at Stena Line. Kent Johansson holds a Technical College Graduate degree in Electronics, Mechanics, and Manufacturing from Alströmer/Dergården, completed in 1994.
