Mads Odgaard Smidstrup is a Visual Content Creator at ARoS Aarhus Kunstmuseum since August 2023, specializing in the production and development of visual content. Mads has a diverse background in communication and content production, having worked as a Freelance Tilrettelægger and VJ from February 2019 to August 2023, and previously served as Communication Manager for media festivals THIS and Aarhus Series. Mads possesses extensive experience in digital communication, video concept development, and media production through roles at Systime, DR - Danmarks Radio, and TV SYD. Mads also held positions at Metronome as a Junior Tilrettelægger and Produktionsassistent, and as a Kommunikationsmedarbejder at CCA Andratx, focusing on contemporary art. Mads began a career in event planning and customer experience with The Embassy and spirit brands. Mads holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Media Studies from Aarhus University.
