Ewelina Dobrogowska has extensive experience in health and safety management and human resources training within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Health and Safety Manager and Health and Safety Support Officer at Arora Group since October 2015, Ewelina also holds a position as Cluster HR Training Officer at Arora Hotels since November 2011. Previous roles include Front Office positions at Renaissance London Heathrow and DoubleTree by Hilton, as well as Front Desk Manager at Marriott International. Ewelina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology and Education from Poland, a Diploma in HR & Learning and Development from a training centre in Horsham, and a NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety at Work.
