Luther Noche has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Luther began their career as a Quality Evaluator at Convergys Philippines Incorporated in Quezon City, NCR from August 2012 to April 2015. Luther then moved to Sitel Philippines Incorporated in Quezon City, NCR, where they held various roles from June 2015 to Present, including Operations Supervisor, Quality Team Lead, and Quality Analyst. In 2021, they began working as a Project Coordinator at Our Team Is Yours, OPC, and as a Tech Project Manager at Arootah.

Luther Noche attended the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
