Ira Valve is currently working as a Human Resources Specialist at Aro Systems Oy, where Ira is responsible for maintaining the entire employment life cycle, developing HR operations and systems, building the company's e-learning, and supporting and advising supervisors. Prior to this, Ira gained experience in HR as a Human Resources Assistant at the same company. Previously, Ira worked as a Human Resources Trainee at SOK, a Service Advisor at S-Pankki, and in customer service roles at HOK-Elanto and Kesko - K-Group. Ira also has experience in sales and maintenance roles at various companies. Ira holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
