Esa Lähteenmäki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Esa started their career at Sortavalan Sähkö Oy as the Head of the telecom technology in 1988 and worked there until 1995. Esa then moved on to Telia Finland, where they served as an Area Sales Manager from 1995 to 1998. After that, they joined KPN Qwest Finland as an Area Sales Manager, a position they held until 2002. Esa then transitioned to KONE and worked as a Regional Manager/Director, Customer Relations from 2002 to 2010. In 2010, they returned to Aro Systems Oy as a Director until 2015. During their time at Aro Systems, Esa also worked with Oy Shaman Sprits Ltd as a Project Director in 2015 and SHAMAN SPIRITS OY LTD as a Member of the Board from 2012 to 2018. Currently, Esa holds the position of Project Director at Aro Systems Oy, which they started in 2017.
