Jim Winchcombe has a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of Leicester and completed their secondary education at Marling Grammar School. Since November 2001, Jim has held various positions at Aro, including Lending Product Manager, Operations Manager, Operational Optimisation Manager, Sales Manager, and Call Centre Manager. Jim was also previously a Claims Processor at CGU Insurance from November 1999 to September 2001. Throughout their career, Jim has been recognized for their leadership skills and commitment to achieving business goals while ensuring excellent customer service.
