Michelle Pollard has extensive experience in the retail and beauty sectors, currently serving as the Arnotts Senior Divisional Manager for Beauty, Accessories & Jewellery since January 2017, after holding the position of Divisional Manager for Womenswear Lingerie and Footwear. Prior roles include Senior Department Manager for Accessories and Womenswear Fashion Department Manager at Brown Thomas from February 2016 to January 2017, and a series of managerial positions at both Brown Thomas and BT2 Grafton Street from 2010 to 2016, including Store Manager on maternity cover. Early experience includes Cosmetics Department Manager roles at Clerys and Lancome, further establishing a strong foundation in cosmetics and retail management.
