Justin Milner serves as the Executive Vice President of Evidence and Evaluation at Arnold Ventures since March 2023. Prior to this role, Justin Milner was with the Urban Institute from January 2014 to February 2023, where notable positions included Vice President of the Research to Action Lab, leading initiative strategies, program innovation, and major research projects across social policy areas. Early in the career, Justin Milner held positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, championing the Bridging the Word Gap Initiative. Additional experience includes contributions to the Annie E. Casey Foundation, focusing on evidence-based practices, and work as a teacher for Teach for America, significantly enhancing student test scores. Justin Milner holds a Master of Public Administration from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.
