Rebecca Jackson is currently the Senior Manager of Professional Development at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Prior to this role, Rebecca was the Senior Attorney Professional Development Manager at Blank Rome LLP, where Rebecca managed firmwide attorney professional skills training and mentoring programs. Rebecca also has a background in non-profit work, serving as a Program Manager at the International Republican Institute in the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on women's leadership programming. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Washington College and has pursued graduate coursework in Organizational Development at Marymount University.
