Scott Eaker is an experienced area manager at Arni's Restaurant, a role held since March 2017, focusing on people, product, and process, as well as coaching and developing team members. Prior to this, Scott served as a managing partner at Texas Roadhouse from January 1998 to July 2023 and held multiple roles including employee, manager, and general manager at Chi Chis Restaurante from 1992 to 1997. Earlier experience includes working as a table side flambé specialist at The Farrington House from 1990 to 1992 and as a cook at Dantes from 1985 to 1991. Scott is an alumnus of Indiana State University.
