Wynn Nevins has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Arnel Management since May 2017, where responsibilities include developing marketing plans and making operational decisions to enhance occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Previously held the position of Assistant Manager at the same company. Wynn also worked as a Sales Associate at Burberry for a brief period and gained valuable experience as a Leasing Consultant at Lambertson Farms Luxury Apartment Homes from January 2014 to September 2016, where duties involved responding to prospective renters and leading property tours. Wynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Denver, earned between 2010 and 2015.
