Dan Lears currently serves as the Head of Data / Insights at ARNE, a position held since June 2022, following roles as Trading Insights Manager and Trading Insights Analyst within the same organization. Prior to ARNE, Dan held the position of Assistant Merchandiser at The Very Group from August 2021 to June 2022 and at N Brown Group from February 2019 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Merchandise Allocator and Retail Associate at New Balance from November 2014 to January 2019. Dan Lears completed education at Priestley College between 2014 and 2016.
