Alasdair Halford-MacLeod

Alasdair Halford-MacLeod MBA is an experienced leader with a notable background in military and educational roles. Currently serving as the commandant of the Black Watch Battalion Army Cadet Force, Alasdair oversees 450 cadets and 28 adult volunteers. Previous experience includes Base Camp Manager for British Exploring Society expeditions, Planning Officer for Army Cadets at the British Army, and Director of Leadership at Seeb International School, where a CIM accredited leadership curriculum was implemented. Alasdair's earlier career spanned over two decades as an Army Officer, with service in various international locations, and includes a Master of Business Administration from Newcastle University Business School focused on marketing.
