Kathryn Zeltwanger serves as Deputy General Counsel at Armstrong Group of Companies since September 2009, overseeing the legal needs of three divisions: Utilities, Corporate, and Electronics. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at Fox Rothschild, LLP, focusing on general corporate matters and business planning, and as a Judicial Clerk at the Court of Common Pleas in Fayette County, PA. Kathryn began a legal career as a Senior Corporate Legal Assistant at Miles & Stockbridge. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor with a Health Law certificate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences from Penn State University, complemented by study abroad at the University of Glasgow in law and political science.
