David Lamparter is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in client computing and infrastructure support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist at Ecoreā„¢ International and a Client Computing Specialist at Armstrong Flooring, Inc., David has consistently demonstrated expertise in computer diagnostics, hardware and software repairs, and user support. Previous roles include Service Experience Specialist and Desktop Technician, where David contributed to successful PC refresh initiatives and system migrations, including the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10. David holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from YTI Career Institute and additional qualifications in web design from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Certifications include Bomgar Remote Support Admin and ITIL.
