Nurul Shahirah Baharum is an experienced professional in human resources and production management. Currently serving as an Executive I in Production at Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd since May 2022, Nurul previously held positions as a Department Manager at McDonald's, responsible for scheduling, recruitment, training, and payroll functions from January 2020 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant in HR at PETRONAS, where responsibilities encompassed the recruitment process and talent sourcing from February 2018 to December 2019, and as a People Management Intern, managing recruitment logistics. Nurul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, earned from 2015 to 2018, and a Diploma in Plantation Management from the same institution, acquired from 2012 to 2015.
