Ajeesh Kumar Radhakrishnan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Chief Bot Officer at Armsoftech Private Limited, Ajeesh Kumar leads AI solutions operations within India’s only indigenous bot-powered contact center, a position held since June 2016. Prior to this, from April 2008 to June 2016, Ajeesh Kumar held the role of Assistant General Manager at Intelenet Global Services, overseeing inbound and outbound site operations and focusing on maximizing profitability and client service.
