Kathleen Nylander has extensive experience in benefits, payroll, and human resources across multiple organizations. Since July 2018, Kathleen has served as a Senior Benefits Specialist at USI Insurance Services, previously holding roles as a Corporate Acquisition and Benefit Representative. Additionally, Kathleen has been a Benefits Specialist at Tech Air Companies and an HR and Training Specialist at Arms Acres, Inc. since 2016. At Larchmont Yacht Club, Kathleen has combined accounts receivable responsibilities with HR and payroll administration since 2015. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Payroll Analyst at Praxair, Inc. and as a Benefits Specialist at Towers Perrin. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dominican University New York and Dominican College.
