Laurent Martel is an experienced professional in industrial management and quality improvement, currently serving as the Responsable Industriel at Armor Battery Films since March 2015, overseeing the industrial development and operational management of coated current collectors for battery manufacturers. Previously, Laurent held the position of Responsable Qualité et Amélioration Continue en Production at Armor S.A. from September 2006 to March 2015, managing support services across the manufacturing process of thermal transfer. Laurent's career also includes a role as Process Engineer and then Responsable Amélioration Continue for grinding and coating at Armor SA from November 2003 to September 2006, where leadership of a team of engineers focused on enhancing industrial performance was key. Laurent holds an Ingenieur PHELMA degree from Grenoble INP - UGA, a Master Spécialisé in Management des Organisations et des Projets Industriels from ENSCPB, and a Maitrise de chimie-physique, Sciences from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1, alongside additional training at Saint Cyr formation continue.
