Marty Lopez has worked in various roles since 1990. Marty started as a Deck Seaman in the US Navy, where they conducted ship maintenance, at sea cargo and fuel replenishment, rotating bridge watches and was part of ships bridge crew while coming in from sea. Marty also part of a team that manned at sea helicopter resupply operations guiding pilots in for cargo pick up and landing when operations were complete. In 2001, they began working as a Driver for Wal-Mart, where they conducted the accurate pick up of freight and ensured on time delivery to various locations in Arizona, Nevada and Southern California. Marty also ensured compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Hours of Service laws by maintaining an electronic log book through an on board computer. In 2013, they began working as a Network Design Senior Analyst at NTT DATA, Inc.-Dignity Health Account, where they worked as part of a team to provide enterprise data center and network support across multiple sites in CA, NV & AZ. Marty was also responsible for deployment, maintenance and decom of Cisco switches (4500/3750X/N7K/N5K/FEX/3560G) and routers (2911/2951). Additionally, they were responsible for inventory control (ITAM & MACD Forms) and network documentation. In 2017, they began working as a Network Administrator for ARMLS (Empower Technical Staffing) and as a Network Engineer for Preferred Home Health Care. Finally, in 2018, they began working as an IT Manager and Network Administrator for ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.). In this role, they assist with Cisco ASA support and maintenance, Cisco router, switch and wireless network maintenance and configuration including IOS upgrades, and Cisco Meraki router, switch and wireless network maintenance and configuration.

Marty Lopez obtained an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from DeVry University between 2010 and 2013. In February 2020, they obtained two certifications from Cisco: CCENT: Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician and CCNA.
