Steve Ho, CPA, serves as the Vice President of Global Accounting at Armis since September 2023. Previously, Steve held the position of Head of Revenue and Financial Systems at Carbon from January 2018 to April 2023, leading the finance organization's transformation in preparation for an IPO. Steve also served as Senior Director of Revenue at RingCentral from 2015 to 2017 during a period of rapid growth, focusing on scaling finance functions and implementing ASC 606. Prior to that, Steve was Vice President and Corporate Controller at Envivio, overseeing the IPO process for its NASDAQ listing. Steve's extensive career includes various roles in revenue, finance, and compliance at notable companies such as Harmonic, Cash Systems, eBay, and Siebel Systems, as well as foundational experience in international tax at EY and KPMG. Steve holds a degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
