Jithu Paulose is a Product Support Engineer at Armia Systems, Inc since June 2022, responsible for interpreting customer issues and reporting design concerns to the product engineering team. Concurrently, Jithu serves as a Logistics Manager and Heavy Driver with G-Tec Crusher and Quarry. Previous experience includes a role as Customer Support Specialist at Pretty Bean Boutique from January 2021 to June 2022 and as Junior Supervisor at Star Constructions Muvattupuzha from June 2018 to December 2019. Jithu holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University (2020 - 2021) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Muthoot Institute of Technology and Science (2013 - 2017).
