Yulia Shahnazarova has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Yulia most recently worked as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at ZERO Systems starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were an IT Project Management Tutor at Armenian Code Academy from August 2022. Yulia also has experience as a Guest Lecturer at Columbia University starting in October 2020.

Before transitioning into the IT field, Yulia worked at various organizations in different capacities. Yulia was a Scrum Master at Vineti from March 2021 to March 2023. As a co-founder and Program Development Manager at Prisma Research and Analysis from July 2019 to February 2021, they played a key role in the organization's growth.
