Sebastia Isaghulyan has a diverse work experience in the field of IT project management. Sebastia is currently working as an IT Project Management Tutor at Armenian Code Academy since July 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at SoftConstruct, starting as an Agile Coach from May 2021 to June 2021. Sebastia later became the Lean-Agile Project Management Office Lead from June 2021 to April 2022, and then the Head of Lean-Agile Project Management Division from April 2022 till present.

Before joining SoftConstruct, Sebastia worked at VEON starting from October 2010. Sebastia initially served as a Team Leader and later transitioned to a Technical Coach from March 2016 to May 2021.

Sebastia also served as an IT Project Manager at Gigi Solutions from March 2014 to April 2021.
