Ivan Ganchev has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ivan is currently working as the Chief Content Creator at HR Value ltd., where they are responsible for creating HR and Training content, including online courses, downloadable resources, and various forms of media content. Additionally, Ivan is also the owner of HR Value YouTube channel.

Prior to their current role, Ivan served as the Head of Training at CCB Life Insurance and Armeec Insurance Jsc, where they were responsible for training programs and initiatives.

Ivan's experience also includes working at UNIQA, where they held various positions such as Head of "Sales training," Head of "Sales support, innovations, and training," Head of "Sales support and innovation," and Training expert at the "Training department." In these roles, Ivan conducted numerous training events, presentations, and conferences, while focusing on creating a motivating and effective sales training strategy.

Before their time at UNIQA, Ivan worked as the Chief Expert Trainer at DZI, KBC Group, where they delivered professional life and nonlife insurance training, sales and soft skills training, and organized teambuilding activities.

Earlier in their career, Ivan served as the Operational Manager at Team Building Adventures LTD, where they organized and executed team-building events for corporate clients and acted as the leading trainer. Ivan also had a role as a Junior Recruiter at ACE HR Services, where they conducted group and individual interviews, coordinated recruitment and selection strategies, and established job advertising plans online.

Ivan Ganchev began their education in 2000 at 18 SOU William Gladston, where they completed their high school studies with a focus on extensive studies of French and English. In 2004, they went on to Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences in 2008.

Continuing their education, Ivan pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, at the University of National and World Economy from 2019 to 2021.

Ivan further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining a Masters degree in Insurance business and risk management from VUZF University between 2023 and 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan Ganchev also pursued various certifications. In 2018, they became a Master trainer in Business coaching with NLP from MLC International Consulting Group. Ivan obtained certifications in Speak to Inspire and Business coaching with NLP by MDV Professional Education and MLC International Consulting Group, respectively, in 2016.

Ivan obtained the certification of The Art of Public Speaking from MDV Professional Education in 2015 and became a certified mediator by the Bulgarian Association of Mediation. In the same year, they also attended the Digital marketing master class at New Bulgarian University.

In 2014, Ivan participated in the International Management Academy of Sales by UNIQA International and acquired the corresponding certification.
