Viktorija Kostovska has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Viktorija started their career as a Network Engineer at Telesmart Telekom in November 2013 and worked in this role until January 2015. Viktorija then moved to Virtual1 as a Network Engineer and held this position from January 2015 to April 2016.

In April 2016, Viktorija joined Iskratel as a Software Engineer and worked in this role until December 2016. Viktorija then progressed to become a Lead Software Engineer at Iskratel from January 2017 to December 2019. From January 2020 to December 2020, they served as the Head of Development - Broadband Business Unit at Iskratel.

In 2021, Viktorija joined Armedia as a Senior Software Engineer and is currently in this position. Additionally, they also worked at Libelle AG as a Technical Lead Manager from March 2021 to April 2022.

Throughout their career, Viktorija has gained experience in network engineering, software development, and leadership roles.

Viktorija Kostovska obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications. In March 2018, they became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through Semos. Viktorija further pursued their professional development by obtaining a Gestalt Psychotherapy Counselor certification from Aspekti - Skopje in March 2019. Most recently, in May 2021, they completed the NLP Practitioner training program at Sensum Training & Coaching, gaining further expertise in the field.
