Jodi Vickery has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Jodi currently serves as EVP - Director of Military Consumer Lending at Armed Forces Bank, where they focus on developing strategies and products for military clientele. Prior to this, they founded and served as President of Ahava Consulting LLC, where they provided executive-level consulting services and facilitated strategic planning sessions. Jodi also held multiple roles at the Consumer Banking Division of MidCountry Bank, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Director of Strategy & Planning. Jodi successfully led the organization in achieving short and long-term goals and objectives. Earlier in their career, they worked at Pioneer Services, holding roles such as Director of Franchise Operations, Ft. Hood Loan Production Office Manager, Operations & Innovation Manager, Internal Consultant, and Cash Manager. Throughout their career, Jodi has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic capabilities across various industries.

Jodi Vickery completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) in 1996. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, also from UMKC, which they completed in 1997.
