Lisa B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa started their career at WRAL-TV as an Account Executive, where they managed client accounts and exceeded monthly goals. Lisa then worked as a Builder Representative at K. Hovnanian® Homes, selling over 300 homes and receiving multiple awards for customer satisfaction and salesperson of the year. Lisa also served as the Director of Marketing and Advertising at Habitat for Humanity ReStore, where they increased awareness through targeted strategies. Lisa further expanded their real estate expertise as a Real Estate Broker at Fonville Morisey Realty, achieving impressive sales and listings with local builders. Lisa continued their real estate career at Coldwell Banker Advantage, where they excelled as a top producer and received numerous accolades. Lisa later joined American Home Shield as an Account Executive, covering a specific region and providing home warranty services to clients. Lisa then held the position of Director of Business Development at Metrostudy, followed by roles as an Account Executive at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and a New Home Designer/Sales Consultant at ValueBuild Homes. Currently, Lisa is serving as an Account Executive at Armadillo.
