Natalle Logan has extensive experience in health data science and operations, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Provider Research & Member Navigation Operations at ArmadaHealth since September 2017, Natalle leads the operational delivery of provider research and member navigation, focusing on workflow and policy improvements. Previous roles at ArmadaHealth included Senior Research & Navigation Analyst and Research & Navigation Analyst, where Natalle enhanced member experiences and operational efficiencies. Prior to ArmadaHealth, Natalle held positions at ArmadaGlobal and Johns Hopkins Health System, contributing to account management, claims analysis, and patient service coordination. Educationally, Natalle holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Service Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
