Eileen Zhou has worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Planning Support at HJ HEINZ POLSKA Sp. z o.o. from 2014 to 2020. Before that, from 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Supply Chain Coordinator at Pressed Juicery, and as a Supply Chain Intern at Domino's from 2007 to 2008.

Eileen Zhou earned a Master's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from South China University of Technology in 2002. From 2003 to 2007, Zhou attended the University of California, Riverside where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems with a general focus.
