Vadzim Mashnitski has a solid work experience in the field of software engineering. Vadzim started their career at IdeaSoft as a Software Engineer in January 2019 and worked there until January 2020. Vadzim then joined iTechArt Group as a Software Engineer in February 2020 and remained there until February 2022. In February 2022, Vadzim joined PixelPlex as a Full Stack Engineer, and was with the company until July 2022. Currently, Vadzim holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Armada Labs, starting from September 2022.

Vadzim Mashnitski attended Belarusian State University from 2018 to 2022. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics.
