Steve Borden serves as the IT Manager at Armada Hoffler since April 2014, overseeing IT department personnel and implementing technologies for corporate growth. Borden has previously held roles as a Senior Systems Administrator and IT Intern, focusing on network administration and device management. With two decades of experience in the US Navy, Borden worked as a Sonar Technician and Information Systems Technician, leading technical teams and managing complex IT systems aboard submarines. Borden holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Old Dominion University and multiple degrees in technology and management from Excelsior University, alongside certifications in Computer Systems Networking and Fiber Optics.
