Kwaku Owusu-Ansah is an Investment Banking Analyst at Arma Partners, specializing in TMT M&A since August 2022. Notable transactions include the sale of an accountancy portfolio of Isabel Group to Wolters Kluwer in July 2024, the sale of Infare to OAG in July 2023, and the acquisition of AgriBriefing by Mintec in January 2023. Kwaku also serves as a Board Member of the Young Gamers and Gamblers Education Trust (YGAM), contributing to the Trustee Board and the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee. Prior experience includes roles at MUFG focusing on project finance and commodity finance, and at ING and BNP Paribas in various banking analyses.
