Shelly B. Smith, CRA, has extensive experience in records management and information governance, currently serving as Chapter Advisor for Education and Programming at ARMA International since July 2022. Additionally, Shelly has held the position of Records Management and FIPPA Coordinator with the City of Winnipeg since July 2015 and has taken on various leadership roles within ARMA International and the ARMA Winnipeg Chapter. With a background that includes managing Central Registry Operations at the Public Health Agency of Canada and promoting information management practices, Shelly has developed a robust skill set in information services, policy development, and program administration. Shelly’s educational background includes a degree in Information Technology from McMaster University and training in PC Service Technician and Networking Administration.
