Derick Arthur is an accomplished professional in records and information governance, currently serving as the Director of Records & Information Governance at King & Spalding since August 2016. With extensive experience dating back to 1980, Derick has held various leadership roles, including Firmwide Information Governance Operations Manager at Cooley LLP and Director of Records & Facilities at Proskauer Rose LLP. Active in professional organizations, Derick has been a member of ILTA since 2004, contributing to several steering committees, and has been involved with ARMA since 1990, serving in multiple vice presidential roles. Derick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computing and Management from Lehman College.
