Molay Mohamed BELKASMI is a Senior Physical Design Engineer at Arm, with experience dating back to 2013. Prior to this role, Molay served as a Hardware Designer for FPGA/ASIC at Elsys Design, where responsibilities included hardware/system design, FPGA development, and software driver creation in C. Earlier experience includes work at LIRMM, focusing on digital circuit design and pulsed energy logic, along with stages analyzing circuit structures and simulating fault techniques. Additional technical roles were held at COLAIMO, involving remote monitoring systems and studying generator automation. Molay holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Electronic Systems and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Montpellier, as well as a Diploma in Industrial Computing Electronics from Ecole Superieure de Technologie in Oujda, Morocco.
